Lose Weight and Feel Great

I started a clean eating diet 4 months ago and exercise almost everyday. Since then, I’ve lost 30 pounds, my skin has never looked better and I feel great. I never realized how my diet and weight affected my health and how I feel until I started this diet and exercise routine. Don’t get me wrong.  I’m not perfect.   I cheat on the diet occasionally and I can feel the miserable effects almost immediately.
